Impact of environmental regulations on the international logistics costs of printing and dyeing products
摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the deepening of global environmental governance,the impact mecha-nism of environmental regulations on the international logistics costs of printing and dyeing products has be-come a core issue in the green transformation of the industrial chain.The key environmental regulatory sys-tems faced by the printing and dyeing industry are systematically sorted out,including chemical control,pollut-ant emission restrictions and green certification requirements,and their direct and indirect impact paths on in-ternational logistics costs are analyzed.Research shows that environmental regulations significantly increase the explicit cost of logistics through the upgrading of compliance in the transportation link,the standardization transformation of packaging labels,and the complication of cross-border customs clearance processes.At the same time,it forces the innovation of production processes and the application of green technologies,trigger-ing the reorganization of supply chains,the transformation of transportation models and other hidden cost re-configurations.关键词
