Abstract
Taking six amino acid surfactants(sodium lauryl sarcosinate,sodium cocoyl sarcosinate,sodi-um cocoyl glycinate,potassium cocoyl glycinate,sodium cocoyl aminopropionate,and sodium methyl cocoyl taurine)as the research objects,their surface tension,foaming performance,thickening performance,hard wa-ter stability,decontamination power and irritation were investigated and compared.The results showed that the sodium cocoyl amino propionate and sodium cocoyl glycine had lower surface tension.Sodium cocoyl ami-nopropionate,which also had good wettability,could be used in textile field.Sodium methyl cocoyl taurine had excellent comprehensive performance with strongest hard-water stability,wide foaming interval,strong decon-tamination.Reducing pH could improve the viscosity of most of the amino acid surfactant complex systems,while the effective thickener required a certain concentration of active substance.pH had a great influence on the detergency of amino acid surfactants,and the detergency was stronger under neutral and alkaline condi-tions than under acidic conditions.The irritation was determined by zein method and all the six products be-longed to low-irritation surfactants.关键词
