米皮糠中γ-氨基丁酸的薄层鉴别方法及应用研究

Abstract
Objective To establish a thin-layer identification(TLI)method for γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)in rice bran and apply it for the qualitative comparison of various essential amino acids in different tissues of rice grains.Methods Ultrasonic extraction was performed using ethanol solutions of different concentrations.The separation was carried out on high-performance silica gel G thin-layer plates using butanol-acetic acid-water as the developing solvent and ninhydrin as the chromogenic reagent.Results When a 70%ethanol solution was used as the solvent to prepare the test sample solution,with n-butanol-acetic acid-water(4:4:0.1)as the developing solvent and 0.2%ninhydrin as the chromogenic reagent,the spots of GABA separated from rice bran were clear and exhibited good resolution.Conclusion This method is simple,reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of rice bran and its processed products.It also provides a technical approach for establishing quality standards for health and nutritional foods based on GABA and whole-grain products.关键词
