Abstract
Rice bran,as the main by-product of rice processing,is rich in various bioactive components such as dietary fiber,unsaturated fatty acids,and oryzanol,possessing significant nutritional and economic value.This paper systematically reviews the historical evolution,national policy framework,and modern application areas of the comprehensive utilization of rice bran,revealing its transformation journey from a traditional"waste"to a modern"nutritional treasure trove."Research indicates that the high-value utilization of rice bran not only aligns with national strategies for food security and sustainable development but also demonstrates broad application potential in functional foods,medicine,and other fields.In the future,it is essential to further refine the industrial chain layout to promote the efficient conversion and utilization of rice bran resources.关键词
