药食同源视域下乳汁在藏医药中的应用价值论析
Application value of breast milk in Tibetan medicine from the perspective of medicine and food homology

Abstract
Objective To systematically review the application methods and values of breast milk in Tibetan medicine,encompassing dietary health preservation,oral administration,drug compatibility,medicinal material processing,external ointments,and medicinal guides.Methods By searching Si Bu Yi Dian(Four Medical Tantras)and related ancient Tibetan medical literature,combined with clinical practice and life experiences,a systematic analysis and summary were conducted on the application of breast milk in Tibetan medicine.Results The study indicates that breast milk is widely applied in the Tibetan medicine system.It serves not only as an important ingredient for dietary health preservation but also as a crucial raw material in drug formulations,medicinal material processing,external therapeutic agent preparation,and specific medicinal guides.It is a natural dairy product with dual uses as both medicine and food in Tibetan medicine.Conclusion Breast milk is a typical carrier of the"medicine and food homology"concept in Tibetan medicine,possessing both nutritional and medicinal values.It is indispensable in processing,compatibility,and medicinal guiding.Its application transcends the boundaries between food and medicine,capable of nourishing healthy qi,harmonizing medicinal properties,reducing toxicity,and enhancing efficacy,thereby achieving the unity of nutritional support and medical utility.关键词
