杞菊地黄汤药食同源组分治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的网络药理学及分子对接研究
Network pharmacology and molecular docking study on the treatment of diabetic retinopathy with the homologous components of medicine and food in Qiju Dihuang Decoction

Abstract
Objective To elucidate the mechanism of Qiju Dihuang Decoction in preventing diabetic retinopathy(DR),so as to guide its development as a functional food.Methods Key targets regulated by Qiju Dihuang Decoction in treating DR were screened using network pharmacology methods.A"formula-disease-protein"interaction network was constructed,followed by GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the key targets.Finally,the binding capacity between core targets and active ingredients was verified through molecular docking technology.Results Network pharmacology identified 72 active components and 132 common"drug-disease"targets.GO and KEGG enrichment analyses showed that these targets are mainly involved in biological processes such as hypoxic response,inflammatory response,and negative regulation of apoptosis.They are also associated with signaling pathways including cancer-related pathways,the cAMP pathway,the Apelin pathway,and Arg-Pro metabolism.Molecular docking results indicated that the active components of Qiju Dihuang Decoction bind stably to core targets,with binding energies all below-5 kcal·mol-1,indicating strong binding activity.Conclusion The homologous components of medicine and food in Qiju Dihuang Decoction possess the advantage of integrated"multi-component-multi-target-multi-pathway"regulation,providing a theoretical basis for the development of functional foods for daily prevention of DR.关键词
