药食同源视角下黄芪国内外研究的可视化分析与态势展望
Visual analysis and trend prospect of domestic and foreign research on astragalus membranaceus from the perspective of medicine and food homology
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically review the overall research trends and hotspot evolution of Huangqi(Astragali Radix),a Chinese herbal medicine with medicine and food homology properties,both domestically and internationally and to provide theoretical foundations and directional references for its in-depth development in the field of medicine and food homology.Methods Using the core databases of CNKI and WOS,research literature related to Huangqi(Astragali Radix)was retrieved,ultimately including 12,881 Chinese-language articles and 3,378 English-language ones.Tools such as Excel,VOSviewer,and CiteSpace were employed to conduct bibliometric analyses from multiple dimensions,including publication trends,institutional and author collaborations,keyword co-occurrence,clustering analysis,and burst detection.Results The volume of publications on Huangqi(Astragali Radix)has continued to grow.Chinese-language literature has long been dominant,focusing on clinical applications and the inheritance of its efficacy.English-language literature has shown exponential growth since 2012,with research priorities centered on active ingredients and their molecular mechanisms.Both domestic and international research institutions have formed clusters centered around Chinese medicine universities and colleges in China.Chinese institutions occupy a pivotal position in international collaborations,working closely with the United States and South Korea.Keyword analysis shows that the research paradigms have shifted from single-component analysis to systematic integration studies following a"multi-components-multi-targets-multi-pathways"paradigm.Notably,keywords directly related to"medicine and food homology"property of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)have not yet formed significant independent hotspots in current research.Conclusion The internationalization of research on Huangqi(Astragali Radix)has accelerated,forming a research system centered on China that covers the entire chain from basic research to clinical applications and industrial development.However,research on its applications in medicine and food homology remains insufficient.Future efforts should focus on strengthening research across key aspects of its utilization as a food resource,based on theoretical inheritance and international collaboration,to explore the synergistic value of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)in both medical and nutritional domains.关键词
