基于CiteSpace的剖宫产术后腹胀研究热点和趋势
Research Hotspots and Trends of Abdominal Distension After Cesarean Section Based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the hot spots,research trends and frontiers of abdominal distension after cesarean section based on CiteSpace,so as to provide reference for future research.Methods The literatures related to abdominal distension after cesarean section from the establishment of CNKI database to April 2024 were searched.CiteSpace 6.3.1 software was used to analyze the number of publications,authors,institutions,high-frequency keywords,keyword co-occurrence clustering,keyword burst correlation and visualize the knowledge map.Results A total of 461 literatures were included,and the number of literatures published each year showed a fluctuating upward trend.The authors and institutions in the field of abdominal distension after cesarean section were decentralized and not closely linked.Keyword analysis showed that cesarean section,abdominal distension and gastrointestinal function were high-frequency words in the study of abdominal distension after cesarean section,forming a total of 9 clusters.Among them,researchers paid more attention to acupoint application in the treatment of abdominal distension after cesarean section,with 16 keywords emerging.Acupoint application,pain and gastrointestinal function were emerging research topics in recent years.Conclusion Reducing abdominal distension after cesarean section is the focus of obstetric nursing.The cooperation between authors and institutions needs to be strengthened to explore the best way to solve abdominal distension and gastrointestinal dysfunction after cesarean section.Acupoint application and pain management are the future research trends.关键词
