摘要

Abstract

The poor hard turning performance of hardened bearing steels significantly reduced the sur-face integrity of the workpieces,resulting in poor friction and wear performance of hardened bearing steels.Based on the superiority of electric pulse assisted cutting technology,the surface integrity and surface wear resistance of hardened bearing steels were studied.The results show that the surface integrity of the work-pieces is improved significantly,the friction coefficient is reduced by 20%,the width and depth of the wear scar are reduced by 48.7%and 93.33%respectively,and the friction and wear performance of the hard-ened bearing steels is significantly improved.
