摘要

Abstract

Protein serves as an indispensable component in pig diets.The digestion and absorption,amino acid transport,intestinal microbial metabolism and fat metabolism after the intake of protein in pigs are usually accompanied by energy utilisation,and the growth and development of the body are closely related to energy utilisation.Compared with traditional diets,low-protein diets can not only reduce urinary nitrogen emissions and improve protein use efficiency,but also reduce body heat production and improve energy use efficiency,so the protein level of feed can also play a significant role in regulating the energy utilisation of pigs.In this paper,the regulatory effect of dietary protein level on pig energy utilisation was reviewed,aiming to provide a reference for promoting the research and application of low-protein diets in pig farming.
