中药复方联合八段锦对老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折术后患者康复的疗效
Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine compound combined with Baduanjin on aged osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures patients post operation

Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy of three periods syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine compound combined with Baduanjin on aged osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures(OTCF)patients post operation.Methods A total of 120 OTCF patients treated in our hospital from February of 2023 to February of 2024 were randomly divided into control group,Baduanjin group,and joint group with 40 cases in each group.The control to the regular postoperative interventions.The Baduanjin group was treated with Baduanjin in addition to basic treatment.On the basis of the control group,joint group was given with three periods treatment of traditional Chinese medicine compound.All the three groups were observed for 3 months.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,Barthel index score of daily activities,Berg balance scale(BBS)and Morse fall scale(MFS)scores,bone mineral density,fracture healing time,treatment effect,sagittal kyphosis Cobb angle and the anterior edge of the injured vertebra,and serum levels of osteoprotegerin(OPG)and receptor activator of nuclear factor κB ligand(RANKL)were compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,scores of VAS,ODI,MFS for three groups were significantly decreased and the Barthel index and BBS score was evidently increased(P<0.05),and joint group improve the most significant(P<0.05).After treatment,bone mineral density of lumbar spine(L2-4),the right calcaneal of three groups of patients were evidently increased,and joint group improve the most significant(P<0.05).Three groups of fracture healing time difference were significant(P<0.05).After treatment,total effective rate of joint group was evidently higher than that of the Baduanjin group and control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sagittal kyphosis Cobb angle of the patients in the three groups were evidently decreased,and the height of the anterior edge of the injured vertebra in the sagittal position was evidently increased,and the improvement in joint group was more obvious(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum level of OPG of the three groups were evidently increased,and the RANKL level were evidently decreased(P<0.05),and the improvement in joint group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion Three periods treatment of traditional Chinese medicine compound combined with Baduanjin on aged OTCF patients post operation has an evident efficacy,can increase BMD values,promote healing of fracture,and regulating serum levels of OPG and RANKL.关键词
