摘要

Abstract

Using high impurity basic copper carbonate as the experimental raw material,efficient copper recovery is achieved through sulfuric acid leaching and direct neutralization,and the effects of raw material state,sulfuric acid dosage,reaction temperature,and time on copper leaching rate are analyzed.To control the endpoint pH value of the leachate to meet the requirements of subsequent processes and minimize the copper content in the slag,direct neutralization tests are conducted on the acid leaching slurry.Research has shown that under optimal leaching conditions,when the endpoint pH values are 2.02 and 2.04,the copper content in the slag is 0.20%and 0.26%,respectively,and the copper leaching rates are 99.53%and 99.45%,respectively,achieving efficient copper recovery.
