Abstract
Against the backdrop of global climate change,extreme weather events are becoming increasingly frequent.The spatial and temporal distribution of water resources in China is uneven,and frequent floods pose serious challenges to the rational development and utilization of water resources.This paper focuses on the impact of improving the river flood control system on the sustainable utilization of water resources.Based on the current situation of water resources in China and the development of the river flood control system,it elaborates on the positive effects of improving the river flood control system in protecting the quality of water resources,ensuring the rational allocation of water resources,and reducing the damage of floods to water resources,analyzes the problems existing in the current river flood control system in terms of engineering construction,monitoring and early warning,and management mechanisms,and proposing targeted suggestions from these three dimensions,aiming to provide useful references for promoting the sustainable use of water resources in related practices.关键词
