摘要
Abstract
The radiological classification of osteoporotic vertebral fractures is one of the important issues for its prevention and therapeutic management.Both radiologists and clinicians could meet vertebral fractures in daily clinical practice with the widespread use of spine radiography.However,there is a lack of consensus on the diagnostic criteria for osteoporotic vertebral fractures.Therefore,up-to-date knowledge of the relevant diagnostic approaches for the imaging clas-sification of the fractures is necessary for radiologists and clinicians.This article aims to review commonly used methods in the classification of osteoporotic vertebral fractures based mainly on conventional radiography,as well as their rationale,advantages and limitations.关键词
