Research Progress on Application of CRISPR-cas9 System in Ruminant Production
摘要
Abstract
CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology has become a core tool for ruminant genetic improvement which is characterized by its precision,efficiency and low-cost advantages.This paper mainly reviews the research progress of CRISPR-Cas9 technology in the field of ruminant genetic improvement,focusing on the current status of its application in the regulation of growth traits,opti-misation of lactation performance,enhancement of reproduction ability and strengthening of disease resistance mechanisms in cattle and sheep,as well as the technological bottlenecks and ethical controversies faced in the production practice,and looks forward to the prospect of its future application in the field of agriculture from the perspective of molecular breeding,we aimed to Provide the-oretical basis and practical reference for the iterative development of related technologies.关键词
