摘要

Abstract

Lonicera japonica,as a traditional Chinese medicinal herb,had the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying.However,during its growth and development,it is highly susceptible to external biological and abiotic stresses.To explore the physiological and molecular response mechanisms of Lonicera japonica under drought stress conditions,25%PEG-6000 was used to simulate drought stress,and Fenghua No.3 was subjected to drought treatment.Transcriptome sequencing was utilized to discover key differentially expressed genes.The results showed that after drought simulation treat-ment,the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),proline(Pro),and the activities of superoxide dis-mutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in honeysuckle all increased to varying degrees.Transcriptome analysis including multiple metabolic pathways such as plant hormone signal transduction,phenylpro-panoid biosynthesis,photosynthesis and alpha-linolenic acid metabolism,as well as multiple differen-tial transcription factors including LjRHL4,LjPIF4,LjERF14,LjMYB14 and LjNAC27,which were involved in the process of Lonicera japonica resistance to drought stress.
