高杆软米籼稻新品种滇谷163的选育及其基因位点分析

Abstract
By improving the fragrant and soft variety Diantun502 and through pedigree selection,a new tall soft-rice Oryza sativa subsp.indica variety Diangu163 was cultivated.The agronomic and eco-nomic traits of the new variety Diangu163 were analyzed,and its gene loci were detected.The results showed that Diangu163 retained the excellent soft rice eating characteristics of Diantun502,improved the appearance quality of rice,resistance to rice blast and yield,but lacked the aroma trait.In multi-year and multi-point regional trials,which had also demonstrated the characteristics of moderate plant type,high yield and wide adaptability,resistance to rice blast disease,and excellent soft rice taste.Especially,its tall plants and strong resistance to lodging.The Diangu163 was suitable for the green production model of fish farming in paddy fields.关键词
