摘要

Abstract

The NAC transcription factor family plays a significant role in plant growth,defense regula-tion and stress response.However,in kale,the drought resistance mechanism of NAC has not yet been described.In this study,the BoNAC02 gene from Brassica oleracea var.acephala was cloned,its bioinformatics was analysed,and induced its expression with mannitol and abscisic acid(ABA)was induced.Overexpression of BoNAC02 in Nicotiana tabacum led to stronger drought tolerance in its seed germination.After drought treatment,the germination rate,germination potential and germi-nation index of the seeds were all higher than those of the wild type.Transgenic seedlings had rela-tively high activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT),as well as glutathione S transferase(GST)and ascorbic acid peroxidase(APX),but the content of malondial-dehyde(MDA)was relatively low.In addition,several genes related to the ABA signaling pathway,DREB1A and reactive oxygen species scavenging system were significantly upregulated in transgenic lines.
