浮针结合祛湿除痹汤治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症对患者血清疼痛物质水平的影响
Effect of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling Combined with Qushi Chubi Decoction on Serum Pain-Related Substances in Patients with LDH of Cold-Dampness Obstruction Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Fu's subcutaneous needling combined with Qushi Chubi Decoction on serum pain-related substance levels in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)of cold-dampness obstruction syndrome.Methods:A total of 160 patients with LDH of cold-dampness obstruction syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 80 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Qushi Chubi Decoction;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Fu's subcutaneous needling.The treatment period was one month.Clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,lumbar function,pain levels,and pain-related factor levels were compared between the two groups at the end of the treatment and at one and two months after the treatment respectively.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50％(74/80),which was significantly higher than 75.00％(60/80)in the control group(P＜0.05).At one and two months after the treatment,TCM symptom scores were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05);the observation group also showed higher JOA scores and lower ODI and VAS scores at both time points(P＜0.05);the level of β-endorphin(β-EP)was higher,whereas the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),and substance P(SP)were lower in the observation group than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Fu's subcutaneous needling combined with Qushi Chubi Decoction can effectively alleviate symptoms in patients with LDH of cold-dampness syndrome and reduce serum pain mediator levels,demonstrating superior clinical efficacy compared with Qushi Chubi Decoction alone.关键词
