俞募配穴针刺对肝肾不足证帕金森患者姿势平衡异常的影响
Effect of Needling Back-Shu and Front-Mu Points on Postural Balance Disorders in Patients with Parkinson's Disease of Liver-Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of needling back-Shu and front-Mu points on postural balance disorders in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD)of Liver-Kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods:40 PD patients with postural balance disorders were randomly assigned into the study group(n=20)and the control group(n=20).The control group was treated with routine acupuncture;on which basis,the study group was also treated with needling back-Shu and front-Mu points.Postural balance was assessed using the Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and Timed Up and Go(TUG)test before and after the treatment in the two groups.A Prokin balance tester was used to measure the movement ellipse area of PD patients under eyes-open and eyes-closed conditions.Quality of life was evaluated using the Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire-39(PDQ-39).Results:2 participants dropped out of this study.Within-group comparisons showed that after 4 weeks of treatment,both groups demonstrated significant improvements in BBS score,TUG time,PDQ-39 score,and movement ellipse area under both eyes-open and eyes-closed conditions compared with baseline(P＜0.05).Between-group comparisons revealed that the study group had significantly higher BBS scores and smaller movement ellipse areas under the eyes-open condition compared with the control group(P＜0.05).However,no significant differences were found between the two groups in TUG time,PDQ-39 score,or movement ellipse area under the eyes-closed condition(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Needling back-Shu and front-Mu points shows certain advantages in improving postural balance disorder in PD patients with Liver-Kidney deficiency syndrome.关键词
