"秩边透水道"针法治疗混合痔术后疼痛的临床研究
Clinical Study of BL54-to-ST28 Needling in Treatment of Postoperative Pain of Mixed Hemorrhoids
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhibian(BL54)-to-Shuidao(ST28)needling in treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods:70 patients with postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of Ketorolac Tromethamine;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with BL54-to-ST28 needling.The changes in VAS scores at baseline,6 h,12 h,and 48 h after the treatment,as well as at the end of treatment were compared between the two groups.The scores of PSQI and SAS,and the serum levels of NE,SP,and 5-HT were assessed before and after the treatment in both groups.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:In both groups,the VAS scores at 6 h,12 h,48 h after the treatment,and at the end of the treatment were significantly lower compared to baseline(P＜0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Both groups showed significantly reduced PSQI and SAS scores after the treatment compared to before the treatment(P＜0.05),and the scores were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The serum levels of NE,SP,and 5-HT were significantly decreased after the treatment than those before the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05),which were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43％(32/35),which was higher than 68.57％(24/35)of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:BL54-to-ST28 needling can significantly alleviate postoperative pain,improve sleep and anxiety,and reduce the serum levels of NE,SP,and 5-HT in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.关键词
