Analysis of Dynamic Performance and Design Parameters of Rotor-support Systems

Abstract
The rotor dynamic balancing machine is used to determine the amplitude and phase of the rotor unbalance according to the vibration response of the support caused by the unbalanced centrifugal force in the rotating process.The natural frequency and vibration response of the system are the key factors for determination of the performance of the dynamic balancing machine,which affect the final rotor unbalance detection results,and are also the key basis for the design of the dynamic balancing machine support and the selection of sensors.Therefore,in this paper,an accurate dynamic model of rotor-support system of a dynamic balancing machine was established,and the accurate rotor vibration response was obtained.The influence of system design parameters on natural frequency and vibration response was studied.The dynamic performance and sensitivity of optimized design parameters,etc.of the rotor-support system were analyzed and discussed.The essential conditions and optimization design criteria for the support system were obtained.Conclusion of the analysis is of great significance for the optimization design of dynamic balancing machines.关键词
