Modal and Vibration Response Characteristics of Power Turbine Blade-Disk Structures under Mechanical and Thermal Loads
摘要
Abstract
The accuracy of the vibration and response characteristics analysis of the blade-disk structure is crucial for the analysis and optimization of the performances of rotor systems and aero-engines.In order to investigate the influence of temperature field on the vibration modes and response characteristics of the blade-disc structure,a power turbine blade-disc structure was taken as the research object.Considering the interface roughness and elastic-plastic contact characteristics, the turbine blade-disc structure dynamics model was established.Considering the thermal and centrifugal loads under typical working conditions, the modal and response characteristics of the blade-disc structure were analyzed and compared with those under conventional temperature and high temperature conditions. The results show that the effect of thermal load on the modal frequency of the blade-disc vibration decreases with the increase of temperature, and the effect is significant;the peak displacement of the blade-disc vibration increases with the increase of temperature;and the contact property has a more obvious effect on the vibration of the blade-disc.For the dynamics design of the blade-disk structure under high-temperature,the thermal load cannot be ignored. At the same time,it is necessary to consider the contact properties in the establishment of the finite element model. The conclusions of this paper are of great significance for the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the blade-disk structures.关键词
