Abstract
Objective:Study the correlation between physical dissatisfaction and psychological capital of pregnant women during pregnancy.Method:Selected 80 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination at Jinjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects according to the convenience sampling method.The Body Understanding Measure for Pregnancy Scale(BUMPs)was used to assess the degree of physical dissatisfaction during pregnancy,and the positive psychological capital questionnaire(PPQ)was used to measure the level of psychological capital.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between physical dissatisfaction and psychological capital of pregnant women during pregnancy.Result:The total score of the Physical Perception scale for 80 pregnant women was(39.74±4.31)points,and the total score of the Psychological capital questionnaire was(105.67±12.347)points.The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that dissatisfaction with body shape,concern about being overweight,and physical load were all negatively correlated with psychological capital(r=-0.502,-0.495,-5.06,P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,gestational weeks and psychological capital were the related factors of physical dissatisfaction of pregnant women during pregnancy,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Physical dissatisfaction of pregnant women during pregnancy is significantly negatively correlated with psychological capital.It is suggested that clinical medical staff pay attention to the physical dissatisfaction of pregnant women and take effective measures to enhance their psychological capital,so as to promote the mental health of pregnant women.关键词
