Abstract
Objective:To analyze and discuss the related factors and intervention methods that affect hypoglycemia in diabetes neonates during pregnancy.Method:A total of 160 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.After diagnosis and screening of neonatal hypoglycemia,neonates with hypoglycemia were enrolled in the observation group(75 cases),and neonates without hypoglycemia were enrolled in the control group(85 cases).The clinical data of the two groups,such as age,mode of delivery,number of deliveries,blood glucose control,occurrence of gestational hypertension,gender of newborns,whether they were premature infants,whether they had hypothermia after birth,hypothermia,whether fetal distress occurred,and feeding methods were compared.Logistic multivariate regression model was used to analyze the related factors of hypoglycemia in neonates with gestational diabetes.And carry out nursing intervention.Result:There were statistically significant differences in factors such as the age of the parturient>35 years old,poor blood glucose control,premature birth,hypothermia,low body weight,and unreasonable feeding methods between the two groups(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in factors such as the mode of delivery,number of deliveries,gestational hypertension,neonatal gender,and neonatal asphyxia(P>0.05).logistic regression analysis revealed that age>35 years old,poor blood glucose control,premature birth,hypothermia,low body weight,and unreasonable feeding methods were all independent influencing factors for the occurrence of neonatal hypoglycemia after delivery in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Conclusion:Age over 35 years old,poor blood sugar control,premature birth,hypothermia,low body weight,and unreasonable feeding methods are the relevant factors affecting hypoglycemia in neonates with gestational diabetes.Targeted intervention should be carried out for the parturient,including reasonable diet planning,reasonable exercise,blood sugar control and other intervention methods.The blood sugar level of the newborn should be monitored,and the feeding method should be adjusted at any time.To ensure the health and safety of newborns.关键词
