超声引导下髋关节囊周围神经阻滞与腹股沟韧带上髂筋膜间隙阻滞用于老年患者全髋关节置换术效果的比较
Comparison of Ultrasound-Guided Pericapsular Nerve Block and Suprainguinal Ligament Iliofascial Space Block for Total Hip Replacement in Elderly Patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the comparison of the effects of ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve group block(PENG)and superficial infraorbital fascia iniltration(SIFI)in total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients.Method:30 elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty from January 2024 to January 2025 in People's Hospital of Tinghu District were selected.The inclusion period was.The patients were divided into the PENG block group(Group P)and the SIFI group(Group S)by random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.Group P was given ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block of the hip joint capsule,and group S was given iliofascial space block above the inguinal ligament.The first walking time and distance after surgery,hospital stay,pain symptoms[Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)],the number of effective compressions of the analgesic pump within 48 hours after surgery,the number of cases of remedial analgesia,patient satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Result:The first postoperative walking time and hospital stay in group P were shorter than those in group S,and the walking distance was higher than that in group S(P<0.05).The NRS scores of T1 and T2in group P were lower than those in group S(P<0.05).After the operation,the number of compressions of the analgesic pump and the rate of remedial analgesia within 48 hours in group P were lower than those in group S(P<0.05).After the operation,the incidence of complications in group P was lower than that in group S(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with SIFI,the application of PENG in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty can promote rapid recovery of patients,shorten hospital stay,improve analgesic effect,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
