Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect analysis of vaginal use of live Lactobacillus capsules combined with insulin drugs on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with vaginitis.Method:A total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by vaginitis admitted to Jinan Branch of Jinjiang City Hospital from February 2024 to February 2025 were selected as subjects.Using a randomized digital table method,35 patients each were assigned to two groups:the control group received metformin combined with Lactobacillus live capsules,while the observation group received Lactobacillus live capsules plus insulin therapy.The post-treatment changes in blood glucose levels,vaginal discharge conditions,and blood glucose variability were compared between the groups.Result:Blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group hadal better vaginal discharge improvement,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).And the blood glucose levels of observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by vaginitis,combining Lactobacillus live capsules with insulin therapy can effectively improve blood glucose levels,reduce blood glucose variability,promote vaginal mucosal recovery,and enhance treatment outcomes.关键词
