Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of embracing device surgical treatment and conservative treatment for multiple rib fractures.Method:60 patients with rib fractures admitted to the First People's Hospital of Xianning City from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a study group(treated with embracing device surgery)and a control group(treated conservatively).The treatment effect was analyzed.Result:The study group exhibited longer hospital stays and higher treatment costs than the control group,while demonstrating shorter durations of analgesic medication use(P<0.05).Visual analoge scale scores at 1 and 3 days postoperatively were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study group achieved higher efficacy,significantly than the control group(P<0.05).Postoperatively,the study group showed higher lung funetion indexes than the control group(P<0.05).At 3 days postoperatively,the study group exhibited elevated interleukin-35 and transforming growth factor-β1 levels,while interferon-α levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of embracing device surgery in the treatment of multiple rib fractures can reduce the pain of patients after three days of treatment,reduce the incidence of complications,inflammatory factor response,hospital stay and analgesic drug use time,improve lung function level,and achieve ideal rehabilitation effects.关键词
