Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of sub-lobar resection on the complications and recurrence rates in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 80 NSCLC patients treated at the Xiamen Medical College Affiliated Haicang Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023.Patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment method, with 40 cases in each group. The study group underwent sub-lobar resection, and the control group underwent lobectomy.Perioperative indicators, serum tumor markers[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cytokeratin 19 fragments antigen21-1(CYFRA21-1),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC)],postoperative complications, and 1-year postoperative recurrence rates after the operation were compared between the two groups.Result:The study group was lower than the control group in terms of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, indwelling time of drainage tube, postoperative bed rest time and hospital stay, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum tumor marker levels significantly decreased at 1 week and 1 month after surgery compared to preoperative levels, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the 1-year postoperative recurrence rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sub-lobar resection in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer offers advantages over traditional lobectomy in terms of smaller trauma, faster recovery, and lower incidence of complications.关键词
