经尿道前列腺铥激光剜除术后尿失禁的相关因素分析
Analysis of Factors Associated with Urinary Incontinence Following Transurethral Thulium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate

Abstract
Objective:To study factors associated with urinary incontinence following transurethral thulium laser enucleation of the prostate(ThuLEP).Method:The clinical data of 85 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)undergoing ThuLEP treatment at Shanxi Yingkang Shengyi General Hospital from February 2,2023 to June 2,2024 were collected.Univariate and multivariate analyses were conducted to investigate risk factors for urinary incontinence following ThuLEP.Result:Among the 85 patients,57 cases developed postoperative urinary incontinence.Among these,52 cases regained urinary control within 3 months postoperatively,while 5 cases recovered within 6 months.Univariate analysis revealed statistically significant differences in factors including age,prostate volume,the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),operative time,diabetes,and medical history(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis revealed that IPSS score,operative time,and prostate volume were independent risk factors for postoperative urinary incontinence.Conclusion:IPSS,operative time,and prostate volume are independent risk factors for urinary incontinence following ThuLEP.关键词
