改良导丝套与单环导丝套的取法在经口鼻转换鼻胆管患者中的效果研究
Study on the Effect of the Improved Guide Wire Sleeve and the Single Ring Guide Wire Sleeve in Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Nasobiliary Drainage

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of single ring guide wire or modified guide wire sheath technique in patients with endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD).Method:From January 2022 to August 2023,100 ENBD patients admitted to the Yuebei People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into groups by drawing lots,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received single loop guide wire intervention,while the research group received modified guide wire intervention.Patient satisfaction,one-time success rate,risk of adverse reactions,and operation time were analyzed under different modes.Result:The satisfaction level of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time operation in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group had a lower risk of adverse reactions compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved guide wire sleeve has a significant effect on ENBD patients,which can significantly reduce the risk of adverse reactions,improve patient satisfaction,increase the success rate of one-time operation,effectively shorten the operation time,and ensure significant patient prognosis.关键词
