Theoretical Basis and Research Thought of Chinese Medicine Component Compatibility

Abstract
Chinese medicine(CM)compound treatment is an important basis and curative effect guarantee for CM treatment of diseases.Modern CM gradually realizes that the curative effect of CM mainly comes from its effective components.Modern research has increasingly recognized that the therapeutic effects of CM primarily originate from its active components.This study systematically analyzed the theoretical basis and research methods of CM component compatibility,proposed the key scientific problems and optimization ideas of CM component compatibility,and revealed the mechanism of enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity of CM component compatibility at the theoretical and experimental levels.Combining the basic theories of CM and modern medical science and technology,this study summarized a relatively complete research system on the compatibility of CM components from the aspects of chemical composition analysis,efficacy study,component interaction mechanism and optimization of compatibility ratio,and clarified the scientific value of component compatibility in improving the efficacy of CM and optimizing compatibility schemes.The findings provide a clear and practical reference for the clinical practice and future scientific research of CM.关键词
