温脾汤联合结肠透析治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性肾脏病4～5期随机对照研究
Randomized Controlled Trial of Wenpi Decoction Combined with Colon Dialysis for Chronic Kidney Disease Stages 4-5 with Pi-Shen Yang Deficiency Pattern

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenpi Decoction combined with colonic dialysis in treating chronic kidney disease(CKD)stages 4-5 with Pi-Shen yang deficiency pattern.Methods A total of 105 patients were randomly assigned to two groups using a random number table.Both groups received conventional treatment.The treatment group(52 cases)received colonic dialysis combined with Wenpi Decoction retention enema,while the control group(53 cases)received glycerol enema retention.The treatment course was 8 weeks.Symptoms scores,biochemical indicators including serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA),potassium(K+),hemoglobin(Hb),and serum albumin(Alb)as well as Chinese medical pattern efficacy and clinical overall efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,significant improvements in symptom scores(e.g.,lower limb edema,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting)and biochemical markers(SCr,BUN,UA)were observed in both groups(P＜0.05),with the treatment group demonstrating significantly superior outcomes compared to the control group(P＜0.05).The treatment group was also superior in terms of both Chinese medical syndrome efficacy and clinical overall efficacy(P＜0.05).Conclusion Wenpi Decoction combined with colonic dialysis can improve clinical symptoms and certain biochemical indicators in CKD stages 4-5 patients with Pi-Shen yang deficiency pattern.关键词
