Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application effect of cluster nursing based on intelligent early-warning combined with humanistic care strategy for patients with severe pneumonia in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 112 ICU patients with severe pneumonia treated in Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from August 2022 to November 2023 were enrolled and divided into two groups based on different intervention methods,with 56 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,whereas the observation group received cluster nursing based on intelligent early-warning combined with humanistic care in addition to the routine nursing.The two groups were compared in terms of treatment-related duration,serum inflammatory factor levels,negative emotions,and complications.Results The observation group had significantly shorter duration of mechanical ventilation,time to fever resolution,time to blood routine recovery,ICU length of stay,and total length of hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).At ICU discharge,the levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,and procalcitonin,as well as the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the Self-Rating Depression Scale were lower in both groups compared to admission(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).During ICU stay,the overall incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing based on intelligent early-warning combined with humanistic care strategy can accelerate recovery,reduce inflammatory factors and complications,and ameliorate negative emotions in ICU patients with severe pneumonia.关键词
