Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of risk warning combined with nutritional support nursing in respiratory failure patients undergoing noninvasive ventilation.Methods A total of 130 respiratory failure patients undergoing noninvasive ventilation at Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from June 2023 to October 2024 were enrolled.Participants were divided into a control group(n=65,receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(n=65,receiving risk warning combined with nutritional support nursing)according to the random number table method.The blood gas indicators,nutritional indicators,enteral nutrition tolerance of the two groups before and after the intervention,as well as the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the levels of arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),oxygenation index(PaO2/FiO2),hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB),and total protein(TP)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed improvements compared with pre-intervention levels(P<0.05).The enteral nutrition tolerance of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk warning combined with nutritional support nursing can improve the nutritional and oxygenation status of respiratory failure patients undergoing noninvasive ventilation,enhance their enteral nutrition tolerance,and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
