Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of personalized psychological nursing combined with targeted health education on the quality of postoperative rehabilitation in patients with endometriosis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with endometriosis at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2021 to December 2023 were included and allocated into an observation group(n=60)and a control group(n=60)using simple random sampling.Both groups received surgical treatment and perioperative targeted health education,while the observation group was additionally given personalized psychological nursing.The changes in postoperative recovery indicators,incidence of complications,pain scores,and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results The time of postoperative ambulation,flatus,oral intake,defecation,wound healing,and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group exhibited lower Visual Analogue Scale scores at 6,12,24,48,and 72 h postoperatively compared to the control group(P<0.05),and both groups showed lower scores compared to the immediate postoperative period(P<0.05).The observation group exhibited lower scores on the 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7)and the 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9)at discharge compared to the control group(P<0.05),and both groups showed lower scores at discharge than at admission(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized psychological nursing combined with targeted health education can shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients with endometriosis,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,help relieve the postoperative pain,and improve the anxiety and depression of patients.关键词
