Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of refined nursing combined with humanistic care in patients undergoing coronary computed tomography angiography(CCTA).Methods A total of 108 patients who underwent CCTA at Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from March 2023 to December 2024 were enrolled and divided into two groups using a random number method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing protocols,while the observation group received protocols of refined nursing combined with humanistic care.The physiological stress indicators,psychological status,examination compliance,image quality,comfort level,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before the injection of contrast agent and at the end of examination,the heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 15 min before and 10 min after examination,the scores on both the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the Self-Rating Depression Scale were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group demonstrated superior image quality,a higher examination compliance rate,a better Kolcaba General Comfort Questionnaire score,and greater nursing satisfaction compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated intervention of refined nursing and humanistic care can effectively alleviate physiological stress responses and negative emotions in patients undergoing CCTA,while improving examination compliance,comfort level,image quality qualification rate,and nursing satisfaction.关键词
