Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of motivational interviewing combined with psychological resilience support in patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection.Methods A total of 110 patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection admitted to Shanxi Bethune Hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected and assigned to an observation group(n=55)and a control group(n=55)by the use of a random number table.Both groups received routine perioperative interventions and preoperative psychological resilience support,while the observation group received motivational interviewing in addition.The psychological resilience and other aspects were compared between the two groups.Results One day prior to surgery,the scores of various dimensions of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and the confrontation score of the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The scores of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-7 and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 as well as the avoidance and resignation scores of the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups were better compared with enrollment(P<0.05).The time to first postoperative flatus,time to first defecation,and other rehabilitation indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Visual Analogue Scale of the observation group at 1 day before surgery and 1,3 and 7 days after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of motivational interviewing with psychological resilience support can improve the preoperative psychological resilience,psychological state,and coping styles of patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection,which is beneficial for promoting their postoperative recovery and reducing perioperative pain.关键词
