摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of nutritional risk screening combined with personalized dietary intervention on the immune function and prognosis of elderly patients with respiratory tract infections. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with respiratory tract infections admitted to Zhongshan People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected. The subjects were randomly assigned to either a control group or an observation group at a 1:1 ratio, and each group comprised 50 patients. The control group received conventional dietary intervention, while the observation group received nutritional risk screening combined with personalized dietary intervention. The nutritional risk, nutritional status, immune function, and clinical prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results After 5 and 10 days of intervention, the Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 scores of both groups decreased continuously, and the levels of albumin, prealbumin, transferrin, immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin A,and immunoglobulin M increased continuously(P<0.05).The observation group exhibited better scores and indicators at each time point compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group showed a lower transfer rate to the intensive care unit, shorter hospital stays, and earlier improvement in clinical symptoms than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional risk screening combined with personalized dietary intervention can reduce nutritional risk, improve nutritional status and clinical prognosis, and enhance immune function in elderly patients with respiratory tract infections.关键词
