摘要

Abstract

In recent years,the issue of pesticide residues in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has garnered significant public concern.Modern detection techniques for pesticides include gas chromatography,liquid chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The chromatographic analytical methods make it difficult to meet the demand for rapid screening of large quantities of TCM at the community level due to their high cost,complex pre-treatment,bulky equipment,and long detection time.Therefore,the development of simple,rapid,portable,and high-throughput pesticide residue analysis methods is important.This paper presents the application and development status of rapid detection technologies for pesticide residues including spectrometry,enzyme inhibition,immunoassay,electrochemical biosensors,enzyme biosensors,nucleic acid aptamer sensors,and immune sensors.In order to strengthen the safety monitoring of the whole chain of TCM and reduce the detection cost,it is suggested to supplement the rapid detection technologies of pesticide residues in TCM under the existing standard system of pesticide residues in TCM taking into account the specific production characteristics of TCM.
