摘要

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of the three-line quantitative colloidal gold technology for determining the content of aflatoxins in Chinese medicinal materials and quantify the accuracy and reliability of the rapid detection method.Methods:Aflatoxins in processed Polygalae Radix were quantified using a colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay coupled with a reading device.A mathematical model was established to analyze the sources of measurement uncertainty.Results:The measurement repeatability,standard curve fitting,sample extraction and dilution,and weighing process all brought uncertainty.Standard curve fitting(relative uncertainty of 0.088 1)was the main factor among them.The combined relative standard uncertainty was 0.092 3,and the expanded uncertainty was 1.363(k=2).Conclusion:The three-line quantitative colloidal gold technology could satisfy the determination requirements of aflatoxins.However,it is essential to optimize the standard curve fitting algorithm and enhance temperature control.
