132份连翘种质资源农艺性状的遗传多样性分析和综合评价
Genetic Diversity Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Agronomic Traits of 132 Forsythia suspensa Germplasm Resources

Abstract
Objective:To study the diversity and screen the excellent germplasm resources of Forsythia suspensa germplasm resources,thus providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent breeding of new varieties.Methods:Genetic diversity analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis,principal component analysis,and comprehensive evaluation were carried out on 15 agronomic traits of 132 F.suspensa germplasm resources.Results:The agronomic traits of F.suspensa had different degrees of variation,which ranged from 8.542%to 28.557%.The quantitative traits showed more obvious degree of variation than the quality traits.The correlation analysis showed that the agronomic phenotypic traits of F.suspense germplasm resources were influenced by each other,and the fruit length and fruit width had significantly positive correlations with many traits(P<0.01).These two traits can be used as an important basis for variety breeding.The 132 germplasm resources were classified into 5 groups by cluster analysis.Even for the F.suspensa germplasm resources from the same area,there were still obvious differences in their phenotypic traits.Through principal component analysis,15 agronomic traits were simplified into 5 factors,with a cumulative contribution rate of 70.325%.Stepwise regression was employed to select seven key descriptors-fruit length,fruit width,fruit pedicel length,100-pedicel fresh weight,beak length,leaf width,and 100-seed fresh weight(pedicel removed)-as a reference for the comprehensive evaluation of F.suspensa germplasm resources.According to the comprehensive evaluation,17 germplasm resources with the comprehensive score greater than 0.5 were screened out,among which LQ67 from Gaoping City,Shanxi Province had the highest comprehensive score(1.70),with super large fruits and dense protrusions.Conclusion:The main phenotypic traits of F.suspensa show high genetic diversity.The excellent germplasm available for breeding is obtained,which provides a reference for the efficient utilization of germplasm resources and the cultivation of new varieties of F.suspensa.关键词
