基于UPLC-MS的痛风清利合剂化学成分定性分析及多组分定量分析方法建立
Qualitative Analysis of Chemical Components and Establishment of Multi-component Quantitative Analysis Method of Tongfeng Qingli Mixture Based on UPLC-MS

Abstract
Objective:To conduct qualitative analysis of chemical components in Tongfeng Qingli Mixture and establish a quantitative analysis method for its active ingredients.Method:The chemical components in Tongfeng Qingli Mixture were analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS).A quantitative analysis method for simultaneous determination of 21 active ingredients in Tongfeng Qingli Mixture was established by UPLC-Q-Trap-MS/MS.Results:A total of 105 components were identified from Tongfeng Qingli Mixture,including 28 organic acids,25 terpenoids,19 alkaloids,11 flavonoids,five anthraquinones,four saponins,and 13 other components.The established quantitative analysis method can be used for the simultaneous detection of 21 active ingredients.The quantitative results showed that the content of 3-O-feruloylquinic acid,neoastilbin,paeoniflorin,albiflorin,and protodioscin was relatively high in the six batches of Tongfeng Qingli Mixture,with the average mass concentration reaching 206.56,561.77,372.43,259.08,and 832.43 μg·mL-1,respectively.Conclusion:The material basis of Tongfeng Qingli Mixture is clarified,and its components mainly consist of organic acids,terpenoids,alkaloids,and flavonoids.There are certain differences in the content of the 21 active ingredients in each batch of Tongfeng Qingli Mixture.The identification of components and the establishment of the quantitative analysis method can provide references for the improvement of the quality standard of Tongfeng Qingli Mixture.关键词
