基于"同气相求"探讨金石药在恶性肿瘤中的应用
Exploration on the Application of Mineral Drugs in Malignancies Based on the Theory of"Sensation and Response"
摘要
Abstract
Originated from the"Wenyan"chapter of the Qian hexagram in I Ching,the theory of"sensation and response"posits that entities with similar intrinsic properties in nature always resonate and influence each other.The biological affinity between mineral drugs and tumors in texture,morphology,disease tendency and drug potential,and disease and drug properties is in line with the treatment thinking of targeted localization and drug potential synergy.Guided by the theory of"sensation and response",traditional Chinese medicine practitioners have achieved significant outcomes using mineral drugs in treating lung cancer,esophageal carcinoma,gastric cancer,hematologic malignancies,and other diseases.Chinese patent medicines and preparations primarily composed of mineral drugs also play a unique role in the field of cancer treatment.Nevertheless,due to their potent efficacy and notable toxic side effects,mineral drugs have not yet gained widespread application in oncology.Therefore,this article further explores their theoretical foundations and mechanistic actions to optimize their anticancer potential.关键词
