温肾滋阴活血法联合TC方案治疗中晚期卵巢上皮性癌术后患者的临床观察
Methods of Warming Kidney,Nourishing Yin,and Activating Blood Combined with TC Regimen Chemotherapy in Postoperative Patients with Advanced Epithelial Ovarian Cancer:A Clinical Study

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of methods of warming kidney,nourishing yin,and activating blood(self-prescribed Er Si Er Decoction)combined with chemotherapy on progression-free survival(PFS),chemotherapy-related toxicities,and immune function in patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 68 patients with stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ epithelial ovarian cancer were randomly divided into a control group(n=31)and a study group(n=37)using the random number table method.The control group received paclitaxel and carboplatin(TC)regimen chemotherapy,while the study group received TC regimen combined with Er Si Er Decoction.PFS,bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reactions,and immune function indicators including CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-10(IL-10),and interferon-gamma(IFN-γ)were compared between the two groups.Results PFS in the study group was 21.1 months(95%CI:20.1～23.5),which was longer than 19.4 months(95%CI:18.3～20.6)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The severity of bone marrow suppression and nausea/vomiting was lower in the study group(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups showed decreased levels of CD4+,CD8+,IL-2,IL-10,and IFN-γ,with a smaller magnitude of decrease in the study group compared with the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of postoperative chemotherapy and self-prescribed Er Si Er Decoction for advanced epithelial ovarian cancer can prolong PFS,reduce adverse effects of chemotherapy,and improve immune function,which may become an effective postoperative adjuvant treatment option.关键词
