环巢湖旅游外宣文本英译精品化策略研究
Research on Strategies for High-quality English Translation of Tourism External Publicity Texts around Chaohu Lake
摘要
Abstract
To effectively advance the production of high-quality English translations of tourism external publicity texts around Chaohu Lake,this study investigates the current status of English translations of texts at typical scenic spots.By aligning the texts with relevant elements of traditional culture and,based on the characteristics of their respective cultural categories,the paper analyzes and evaluates the adaptability of the existing translations within the target-language ecosystem in terms of shifts along the linguistic,cultural,and communicative dimensions,and makes targeted improvements.Based on the core ideas of Eco-translatology,an operational mechanism for producing high-quality translations is proposed.The responsibilities of clients,translators,and target readers in the translation process are also clarified.The aim is to produce high-quality translations,optimize foreign tourists'travel experience,and create a high-quality international showcase for Chaohu Lake tourism.关键词
