基于绿色低碳理念的既有住区社区服务中心设计研究

Abstract
In the face of global climate warming and the intensifying energy crisis,it is of great significance to realize the green and low-carbon building design of public service facilities in the existing residential areas in China.Based on the urban renewal project of the west section of Tianjin West Station,combined with the award-winning works of the 7th National Green Building Skills Competition for Colleges and Universities,Walking through Streets and Alleys—The Design of a Community Comprehensive Service Center in the Context of Carbon Neutrality,the paper starts from the passive strategies,such as natural lighting,natural ventilation,and high-performance building envelopes,and employs green building technologies like an integrated photovoltaic chimney system.Through numerical simulation,verification,and optimization,the paper explores the low-carbon architectural design methods,promoting the adaptation of buildings to low-carbon types.This paper provides a reference for the green design practice and promotion of public service facilities in the existing residential communities.关键词
