健康性能视角下的《智慧建筑评价标准》优化研究
Research on the Optimization of Evaluation Standard for Smart Buildings from the Perspective of Health Performance

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization and the deepening population ageing,building health performance has become a crucial vehicle for implementing the Healthy China strategy.This paper identifies the shortcomings in the current Evaluation Standard for Smart Buildings(T/CECS 1082-2022)in terms of the health performance indicator system.It proposes 12 improvement strategies across four categories,focusing on air quality management,water quality monitoring,and light environment optimization.An optimized evaluation framework encompassing three dimensions of"healthy spaces,intelligent sensing,and dynamic regulation"is established.Combining with the smart community renovation projects,it proves that the enhanced standard can reduce indoor PM2.5 concentrations and significantly mitigate noise pollution.These findings provide theoretical support and practical path for reforming smart building evaluation systems.关键词
