减氮配施腐殖酸对河西灌区青贮玉米土壤碳氮磷化学计量特征的影响
The effect of nitrogen reduction combined with humic acid application on the stoichiometric characteristics of carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus in silage corn soil in Hexi irrigation district

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the potential of humic acid application in farmland of the Heixi irrigation area and to optimize the application of nitrogen fertilizer,a field experiment was conducted to study the effects of nitrogen reduction combined with humic acid application on soil nutrient content and stoichiometric characteristics.[Method]Using silage maize in the oasis irrigation area of Hexi,Gansu Province as the research subject,three nitrogen applica-tion levels(N1:30%nitrogen reduction;N2:15%nitrogen reduction;N3:conventional nitrogen fertilizer)and two humic acid addition modes(no addition;3 t/hm2 humic acid)were set.The vertical variations and dynamic changes during the growing period of soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP)contents,and ecological stoichiometric characteristics were analyzed.[Result]1)With the increase in nitrogen application,SOC showed a decreasing trend,while TN and TP contents showed increasing trends,with significant differences(P<0.05).The combination of humic acid and nitrogen significantly increased SOC and TN contents,which in the N2H treatment were 6.22%~16.47%and 33.33%~134.78%higher,respectively,than other treatments.Compared with the N3 treatment,humic acid addition reduced TP content by 18.24%~59.57%.2)Compared with conven-tional fertilization,humic acid addition increased the C:N ratio(except for N2H).Nitrogen reduction combined with humic acid significantly increased the C∶P and N∶P ratios(P<0.05).3)SOC,TN and TP contents exhibited an ob-vious"surface aggregation"phenomenon.The C∶N and C∶P ratios were highest during the seedling stage,while the N:P ratio was lowest during this stage,with significant seasonal variation trends.[Conclusion]Overall,humic acid addition can increase SOC and TN contents,alter the utilization efficiency of N and P,and promote the accumulation of organic carbon.关键词
