Abstract
To address the configuration and scheduling problems of horizontal transport vehicles used for multi-bulk-cargo terminals,by considering the limited operation capacity corresponding to each type of horizontal transport vehicle,a mixed integer programming model was established to optimize the configuration and scheduling of horizontal transport vehicles,finally minimize the total waiting time and delay time before the vessels berthing or leaving ports.A terminal in north China was selected to explore the impact of the number of horizontal transport vehicles on the ship loading/unloading efficiency.The results showed that reasonable combination of different types of horizontal transport vehicles might improve the port handling efficiency and enhance the utilization of terminal resources.关键词
